    Dear Parents,

    As you already know based on your Student Registration Agreement you are required to participate in 4 mandatory fundraisers during the school year.  These 4 fundraisers will be noted on our 2018/19 School Year Calendar.  You are required to sell/purchase $50 per fundraiser/per child. 

    *In addition to the above you are also required to purchase/sell 2 tickets to attend our Tricky Tray when tickets go on sale.  

    Please understand that by signing/submitting this contract is a condition for keeping your child enrolled in our school.  

    Also, we do appreciate your cooperation since we are making every effort to keep tuition costs down and provide the best possible quality care and education for your child.

    Please read sign and submit one contract per child.  All contracts must be signed and sumbitted at the time of registration.  Failure to submit this fundraising contract may result in your child's Student Registration Agreement being terminated.
